I was surprised at how many little ghosts and Pac-Men one 9-inch cake round made. I spread the work on these babies over the course of two days, and it went very well. I would imagine that the more detailed your cake pop character, the more time consuming they would be. Warning, though, they are time consuming. I’ve only made cake pops a couple of times, and made them into fun shapes even fewer times, so I’m happy to report these are fairly easy to make. Stir in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a large bowl mix the butter until smooth.

In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
