GARBAGE MAN DRIVER
When the garbage truck driver saw them he got out and introduced himself. She waited near the home with her mom to meet him. She made a little gift for him – a cupcake that she wrapped herself. Every time she missed him driving by, her mom would follow the truck in the neighborhood to make sure they exchanged waves.įinally, one Thursday, just on time for her birthday Brooklyn got to meet the man. The driver would honk and wave right back with a big smile.
